FRENCH CLUB! The French Club meets at the library on Tuesdays from 3:30 to 4:30. We learn some easy conversational French, talk about French customs, culture, and French-speaking countries. Join the fun! |

Fiesta! Crazy Craft Thursdays are back! May 9 and 23 3:00-4:00 Grades 5-12 On May 9 we will create Molas, designs made by the Cuna Indians of Panama, and ristras, paper versions of the strings of chili peppers typically found in a Mexican market. On May 23 we will make Worry Dolls. Children of Central America tell there troubles to tiny dolls made of colorful threads before going to bed. Call 978-249-9515 to register. Supplies are provided by the Friends of the Library. |

ATAC Have any great ideas for the library? Get involved by joining ATAC. The ATAC group, or Athol Teen Advisory Council, helps out with library programs and events and helps the staff select materials. The group meets on the 4th Tuesday of the month. The next meeting is Tuesday, May 28 at 5:00. ARMS student Paige Truehart will talk about the book she wrote and AHS seniors Jen Holden and Flora Bedinger will talk about senior year and getting into college. See Anne to sign up for ATAC. |
