How Green is YOUR Library?

The Athol Public Library is going green!  APL wants to be the place you look for up-to-date information on saving energy, reducing your carbon footprint, using less water, learning about the environment, living sustainably, and saving money.

All throughout 2010, we will be bringing you interesting and edifying programs and workshops, and adding "green" DVDs, books, and kits to our collection.

Below is a list of some of what we have planned and purchased already. Check the calendar and the catalog often to see what's new!

To see a list of new "green" materials you may borrow free of charge from the Athol Public Library, visit the library catalog, choose "Copy Categories," and click on "GRANTS - Green Grant"
