Dear PC Dr:

Our work recently switched from Outlook to gmail for email.  There are a few features I haven't figured out.  How can I add a cc or bcc to a message?

 Thanks,

    Jay

Dear Jay:

When you are in your gmail, open a new message by clicking "COMPOSE."  In the "To" line, click with your mouse.  Both Cc and Bcc will appear as options in the right hand side of that box.  Click the one you want to use and a new line will appear, where you can add the name or e-mail address of the person you want to Cc or Bcc the new message.

Until next time,
Happy Computing!
