Paws to Read!

A cartoon black boy with a real image of Hunter.

Tuesday, December 5, spots open from 4:45 - 5:45.

Grades K-12
Registration required

Our friend, Hunter the Therapy Dog, and his human, Amanda, will be visiting the library on Tuesday, December 5, for Paws to Read!

Kids in grades K-12 can sign up for a 15-minute time slot during which they will be able to sit with Hunter and read him whatever they like. Therapy dogs are excellent listeners and provide a safe and non-judgmental space for emerging readers to practice and gain confidence in their reading skills.

Time slots are available from 4:45 - 5:45 p.m. Call the library at 978-249-9515 and ask for the Children's Room to schedule your 15-minute session.
