New Library Website Launches

Athol Public Library starts a new chapter with Montague WebWorks

Athol, MA, Friday, July 31, 2009 - Montague WebWorks wrote the book on local websites, so it was a logical chapter for the Athol Public Library to contact MWW to help repair and replace their crashed website.

Debra Blanchard was tickled when she contacted Patrick Davis about her needs and he said "Yes, and how soon do you need it."  They discussed the look-and-feel, chose a simple, clean template from the template library -- something with no clutter that would be easy to update by tech-novice staff --  and in a matter of a couple of hours the site was up and running.

LIbrarian Brianna Haskins was enthused at how quick and simple it was to add new photos to the photo gallery and events to the calendar.  She actually exclaimed "wow, that was easy" after being shown how to edit the homepage.

Montague WebWorks, with offices in Montague and Northampton, can be reached at 413.320.5336 or MontagueWebWorks.com for more information.

Montague WebWorks recently completed the Montague Public Libraries website, the state-wide Fire Chief Association of Massachusetts (FCAM.org) and the Town of Orange Fire Department (OrangeFire.org) and village of Turners Falls Fire Department (TurnersFallsFire.org) websites.
