Dear PC Doctor:
I have a computer and wireless printer at home. The computer says it’s connected, but the printer doesn’t print. I don’t know what to do.
Signed,
Blank Paper
Dear Blank:
Hmm. First, let’s do the easy things: Does your printer have ink/toner and paper? Are there any messages on the printer screen? If all seems as it should be there, try connecting the computer and printer directly with a cable. If that works, it may be that there is a problem with the wifi signal. If your printer and computer are too far from your router, that might be the problem. Try bringing them all closer together. If that doesn’t work, try turning everything off (including the router) and rebooting everything again.
I hope this helps!
Until next time,
Happy Computing!
