July 13 & July 27. 6:00 - 8:00 p.m.
Do you write poetry? Would you like to try? Join Jan for this poetry exploration. We'll meet July 13 and July 27. We'll talk about poetry, do some writing prompts, and share what we've written.
Jan VanVaerenwyck has lived in Templeton for twelve years with her husband and various animals. When not writing, she works in the veterinary field. Her poetry has appeared in The Aurorean, TapRoot, and, most recently, in Sudden Marigolds, an anthology of poetry by the Louise Bogan Poets. She was a participant in Visions in Verse, a live reading of poetry inspired by works of art created by local artists. In addition to her poetry, Jan has written quilting articles and personal essays.
If you write poetry, would like to write poetry, or vowed you would never write poetry, (as Jan once did), Jan invites you to join her to play with words.
