Menu Planning and the Essential Pantry

Join the Athol Public Library for this time and money-saving menu-planning workshop with Cristina Garcia of the Farm School.

We'll approach meal planning as the ultimate puzzle. You'll start thinking like a chef and take home cost saving ideas to refresh your weekly menu.

Classically trained, Garcia has been cooking and teaching for the past 10 years.  She is the Chef at the Farm School of Athol and conducts cooking demonstrations monthly at Quabbin Harvest Coop.
