Athol Public Library Announces Fine Free Weeks!

Tuesday, December 27 through Friday, January 13.

The Athol Public Library trustees voted to waive overdue fines on all materials returned between Tuesday, 12/27, and Friday, 1/13.

“We love our patrons and want them to have a happy start to the new year,” said the library’s assistant director, Robin Shtulman.   This is a great opportunity to return that book that turned up under your kid's bed, or the movie that slipped between the couch cushions.  As long as it comes back to us between December 27 and January 13, we'll waive the overdue fees.” 

Unfortunately, we cannot waive fines on equipment, out of C/W MARS Inter-Library Loan items, or fines accrued for items already returned.
