Dear PC Doctor:
I forgot the password to my account on our PC! I can’t get into any of my files! I’m stuck. What can I do?

Dear Roberta:
Start your computer in safe mode by holding down the F8 key during the start-up process. Log in as the administrator and change the password for your account. When you start the computer again, you can use your new password to get into your account.
