Ware’s Boys of Summer Author Visit & Book Signing

Calling all baseball fans!

Stephen R. Katz will talk about the seven major league baseball players from the small town of Ware, Massachusetts, and their contributions to baseball since the mid-1800s.

Katz was born in Ware and raised in Winthrop, Massachusetts. He was an attorney and professor of law, and had a twenty-six year career with the United Nations. Now retired, he resides with his wife in New York City. He is a member of the Ware Historical Society, the Society for American Baseball Research, and the National Baseball Hall of Fame and Museum. 

Books will be available for signing.
