Dear PC Doctor:
I was having an outdoor socially-distanced visit with my sister one evening. It was really dark out. She used a flashlight (!) on her iPhone to read something. Does my cell phone have a flashlight, too? That’s so useful! Mine is an LG G7.
Thanks, Larry
Dear Larry:
Yes, a flashlight is very handy to have!
Your phone may, indeed, have a flashlight. Try the following:
Turn on your device. Press down on the Home screen until the Wallpapers, Widgets, and Home Screen Settings pop up on the screen. Choose Widgets. Scroll on all until you see Torch. Tap and hold Torch and move it to your Home screen. If you need to use a flashlight, just tap on the Torch icon. Turn off the flashlight by tapping the icon again or go to notification settings to turn off Torch.
I hope this works for you!
Until next time,
Happy Computing!
