Can you “Read the Rainbow?” The Athol Public Library’s new Beanstack program challenges teens to read a book for each color of the rainbow: red, orange, yellow, green, blue, and violet.

Log your reading, write reviews, and complete activities to earn badges. Each badge you earn awards you raffle tickets towards one of our three grand prizes including a mindfulness coloring book, Paint by Sticker Masterpieces, and the Shadow and Bone box set (soon to be released as a Netflix series!). You can also earn prizes as you finish a book for each color of the rainbow.

Not sure where to start? Check out our rotating book displays in the library’s teen space or take a peek at our book lists on Wakelet. It’s not just novels; audiobooks, ebooks, graphic novels, manga, biographies, non fiction titles, books for school, and more all count towards your reading goals!

The challenge runs from March 1 through May 31 and is open to teens in grades 6-12. Sign up at athollibrary.beanstack.org or use the free Beanstack Tracker App on any mobile device. You can use your existing account or create a new account for free.
