In our archives, we discovered a long-lost Athol Library tradition—the Bookmark Contest! This began in 1979 and appears to have continued through the mid 80s. We were so charmed by the entries from the past that we decided to try the contest again to see what fun designs our present patrons can offer! After the contest, the winning designs will be made into bookmarks and distributed for free in the library. We’ll also be sharing the original bookmarks we found on our Facebook page throughout the month to help inspire you!
