The Athol Public Library trustees have voted to waive overdue fines on materials returned between Tuesday 12/26, and Saturday, 1/6.
“We love our community and are delighted to offer fine free weeks as we enter 2018,” said the library’s assistant director, Robin Shtulman. “If you have any library items that are overdue, we hope you’ll bring them back. If you feel shy, pop them into one of our book drops. As long as it comes back to us between December 26 and January 6, we'll waive the overdue fees, no questions asked!”
Unfortunately, we cannot waive fines on equipment, out of C/W MARS Inter-Library Loan items, or fines accrued for items already returned.
