Superfoods 101: a Workshop with Kim Larkin

Join the Athol Public Library at 568 Main Street, Athol, on Saturday, November 16, from 11:00 am – 12:15 pm, when we welcome Kim Larkin for her culinary education workshop, Superfoods 101.

It is time to celebrate the powerhouses of nutrition! This will be a fun, colorful presentation that highlights powerful properties of popular superfoods and how best to incorporate them into your life. Learn tips, and techniques, and try some unique superfood samplings. Handouts and recipes will be included to ensure an informative take away.

Kim Larkin has been teaching students ages 5 – 75 for over 20 years. She has a commercial chocolate business and she is a licensed chocolatier. She holds programs at libraries, schools, women’s groups, retirement communities, and fundraising events in Connecticut and Massachusetts.
