New Teen Volunteer Position
LEGO Club Assistant
Teens ages 14 - 18 can now apply to be LEGO Club Assistants.
The children’s department runs a weekly LEGO club for kids ages 5 to 11. The club meets every Monday afternoon (unless the library is closed). Volunteers will choose between two shifts and assist library staff with setting up tables and chairs, transporting LEGO creations, disassembling older creations, working with kids to put new creations on display, and cleaning the room.
There are two weekly shifts available:

Mondays from 2:30 - 3:30pm
Help set up tables and chairs in the program room and carry LEGO creations from Children’s Room to get ready for the Club.
Mondays from 4:00 - 5:30pm
Mondays from 4:00 - 5:30pm
Help kids label and display their creations in the Children’s Room, disassemble older creations, and assist staff with picking up tables and chairs.
There are a limited number of positions available for each shift. Positions are assigned on a first come first serve basis with preference given to the teens who have been actively participating in library activities.
