The Mini Game Con is back for a second year! Local Dungeon Master and game enthusiast, Joe McNamara of the North Quabbin Gaming Guild, is teaming up with the Athol Public Library to bring more gaming fun to the library and around town. At the library, guests will be invited to try popular card games, board games, and party games. Volunteers will be on hand to teach players how to join the fun. Guests can also sign up to join one of the mini role playing game campaigns running during the event. With a variety of games and activities available kids, teens, and adults can all find something to enjoy.

This year, we are partnering with awesome locations and venues around Athol and Orange to host even more games. The Gaming Guild, YCC, Reading Refinery, and LaunchSpace are all participating. Players will be given a raffle ticket for every game they play at any location. Then on the following Monday, the Game Con crew will draw winners for a basket full of board game goodies.
