Libraries Rock - Open Mic Night Call for Performers! Do you sing? Are you in a band? Dance? Juggle? Tell jokes? Perform poetry? Do you have another talent you’d like to share with an appreciative audience? We want you! Sign up today to perform at the Athol Public Library’s Open Mic Night!

The show will take place Thursday, August 2, on the big stage in the Town Hall. We are looking for all kinds of entertainers, and welcome first time performers as well as seasoned acts. This is an all-ages show, so please keep acts suitable for general audiences.

A PA system, including amps and microphones, along with a piano and drum set are available. We also anticipate having the ability to accommodate pre-recorded musical accompaniments.

Performers are encouraged to register in advance. Walk-ins will be accepted the night of the show as time allows. There is no registration fee.

Interested? Please call (978) 249-9515 and ask for Emily or Robin B. We’d love to give you the scoop and sign you up! Kids, teens, and adults are encouraged to participate.

This free program is generously sponsored by the Friends of the Athol Public Library and is part of our summer reading program, Libraries Rock!
