Dear PC Doctor:

I bought a small tablet at our local big box store. I would like to find a word processing program that I can use on it from home, where I don’t have internet. I want to be able to create and save pieces of writing, not just read or edit them. The tablet is made by RCA. Do you have any suggestions? Of course, I would like the app to be free.

Thank you,

L

Dear L:

Not knowing exactly what kind of tablet you’re using, I did a quick search on the internet for “word processor app for my rca tablet that does not need internet.” Lots of review articles pop up, from sources such as Lifewire and Popular Mechanics. Do you have a link on your tablet to the app store? My best advice is to search that for word processing apps and then read reviews for the apps that are compatible with your device and for which you have sufficient storage.

Good luck!
Until next time,
Happy Computing!
