Time – or a lack of time - is one of the most common causes of stress. "There isn't enough time to finish the work projects I have to do." "I don't have time to spend with my family." "I don't have the time to get organized." "I don't have the time ....”
Sound familiar??
The Athol Public Library, at 568 Main Street in Athol, invites individuals who are interested in learning strategies to develop their personal time management system to register for the Planner and Time Management Workshop being held at the library on Saturday, February 23, 2019, at 10:00 am.
Workshop instructor Robin Brzozowski says, ”It’s not time that needs to be managed but how we choose to use that resource. We need to focus on managing ourselves, not time! When we learn to how to use our time we are more organized, efficient, and productive. That also means we have less stress and anxiety!”
Robin has partnered with several planner / time management companies who have provided samples of some of this years most popular paper planner systems. Participants will be able to examine products from Erin Condren, Panda Planner, Tools 4 Wisdom and more!
In addition to strategies for managing the use of time, the workshop will introduce and discuss the most frequently used planner formats to help individuals choose and design a system that best meets their personal needs.
Registration is required, and space is limited! The program is free and open to the public. Funding is generously provided the Friends of the Athol Public Library.
Call the library at 978-249-9515 and make your reservation today!
