Have you ever wondered about town government? What does a day look like in the life of the Town Manager? What kind of training does a person need to become Town Clerk? How do things work over at Town Hall? What is the job of the Finance Committee? What does the Selectboard do? What's under whose purview? Why does it matter?

Please join the library as we welcome Town Manager Shaun Suhoski, Town Clerk Nancy Burnham, Ken Duffy of the Finance Committee, and Steve Raymond of the Selectboard as they share information about the day-to-day and big picture aspects of their important town jobs. This will be a great opportunity for folks to get familiar with the processes that shape our daily lives. Each will give a brief presentation and then open the floor for questions.

Please bring any procedural questions you may have!

Free and open to the public.

Sponsored by the Friends of the Athol Public Library.

Light refreshments will be served.

Please register by calling 978-249-9515.
