Raffle Calendar
A great way to support your library and win fabulous prizes!
The Friends of the Athol Public Library announces a calendar raffle! In a calendar raffle, participants get a month's worth of chances to win gift certificates to an array of exciting stores, restaurants, and service businesses. On each day of the month, a winner is drawn! Winning tickets will be re-entered into the mix for subsequent prizes.
Tickets will be for sale from now until August 31. You can get them at the Athol Library or from any number of wonderful Friends' volunteers who are selling them. Each ticket costs $10, providing the purchaser with 30 chances to win! Winners will be drawn every day in September.
Prizes include gift certificates to many wonderful local businesses, including book stores, restaurants, clothing shops, supermarkets, pet supply stores, and electronics stores. The calendar raffle will both help the library and raise awareness of what area stores have to offer.
The Athol Public Library serves adults and children, readers, movie viewers, computer users and public program attendees. All funds raised from this raffle will go towards the library renovation and make it possible for the library staff to serve you better!
