Dear PC Doctor:

Recently, the Bing search engine installed itself on my computer.  After trying it a few times, I’ve decided I’d prefer to use Google again.  How do I get rid of Bing?  I am using Internet Explorer 9.

    Sincerely, Paul

Dear Paul:

First, open your web browser.  Type in www.google.com, so that the Google search page opens.  Then, open the Tools menu.  Scroll to the bottom and choose Internet Options.  When that window opens, click the button that says Use Current.  Click OK to finish.  The next time you open your browser, it should take you straight to Google and you can do your searches from there.

Until next time…Happy computing!
