Special Friends of the Library Program: Stockbridge Farms - The Taste of Autumn
Wendesday, Nov. 12 @ 6:30 p.m. Registration Required!
The cooks of Stockbridge Farms are back to wow us with their culinary talents once again!
Join Stockbridge Farms at the Athol library on Wednesday, November 12 from 6:30 – 7:30 p.m. for their program, The Taste of Autumn.
Learn the tastes of autumn through dishes with herbs available in the fall prepared with fruits and vegetables of the season. John Warchol, of Stockbridge Farms, will also provide us with entertaining stories and the history of the farm.
Stockbridge Farms is located in South Deerfield. The culinary use of herbs is their specialty. It is a member of the International Herb Association. Stockbridge Farms has been named a CISA Local Hero Farm.
Past presentations by Stockbridge Farms include programs for Massachusetts Agriculture in the Classroom, culinary workshops for garden clubs, The Garlic and Arts Festival, and several at our library: Cooking with Lavender, Cooking with Garlic, Spicing up Your Winter Kitchen, and Basil—King of Herbs.
