An Introduction to Plant Based Cuisine!

Mark Gagnon, Pastor of the Athol Seventh-day Adventist Church, and his wife Pam, along with
members of their congregation, will present "An Introduction to Plant Based Cuisine” on
Thursday, September 12, 2019 at the Athol Public Library at 6:00 pm. The evening includes a
slide presentation by Mark Gagnon on the benefits of eating a whole-food plant-based diet
followed by a "Tasting Event” where participants can sample entrees, salads, side dishes, and
desserts – all made from fruits, grains, nuts, and vegetables. Food for the samples will be
prepared in advance and off-site.

The event is free and open to the public.
