Dear PC Doctor:

I have a new Fitbit, the Inspire model. Every time I go to charge it, it clears all the data – It doesn’t save anything from the previous dates. Is there a way to fix this?



Dear James:

That does not sound right! I wonder if your device is not set up properly, or if it is defective. Our best recommendation would be to consult with a technician at the Fitbit company. If you visit their website, https://help.fitbit.com/?l=en_US&cu=1&fs=ContactUs, you’ll be presented with a variety of options for talking with them. They ought to be able to help you resolve that issue.
