Dear PC Doctor:
Last week my Windows 10 machine ran some system updates. Since then, the fonts and the whole screen look stretched out side to side and maybe even a little blurry. I tried playing with the font size and a few other things but that did not solve the problem. It’s uncomfortable to look at – do you have any ideas for getting back to a nice, crisp screen?
Thank you,
Mer
Dear Mer:
Here is something you can try. Close all of your open programs. When you see just your computer desktop, right-click with your mouse. Choose Display Settings. Under the Display Resolution drop-down menu, see if there is a configuration that has (Recommended) next to it. Click to select that one, and see if you are happier with the way everything looks.
Until next time,
Happy Computing!
